If you feel the client is not a good match for you, we will move you to a client that's a better fit for you, just like if the client felt it wasn't a good match.

Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Clallam & Jefferson Counties
$20–$21/hour | Paid HCA Training & Certification Support
Olympic Peninsula Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors and adults throughout Clallam and Jefferson Counties.
We are a licensed, locally owned and operated home care agency committed to providing respectful, high-quality care that helps clients remain safe, supported, and independent at home.
Position
Job Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and position requirements
Location: Clallam & Jefferson Counties
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions may be available
Caregiver Duties May Include
Personal care assistance
Bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing support
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Companionship
Medication reminders
Errands and grocery shopping
Transportation to appointments
Mobility assistance and fall prevention support
Following a written care plan and daily task list
Communicating client updates with the office team
Ideal Applicant
We are looking for caregivers who are:
Dependable and punctual
Kind, patient, and respectful
Comfortable working with seniors and adults who need support at home
Able to follow a care plan and complete assigned tasks
Professional in communication and documentation
Able to work independently in a client’s home
Willing to complete required training and certification, if needed
Experience as a caregiver, Home Care Aide, CNA, NAC, or personal care assistant is helpful, but we are also willing to support the right person through HCA training and certification.

Requirements
Applicants must be able to meet Washington State home care employment requirements, which may include:
Background check
Required caregiver training
Home Care Aide certification requirements, unless exempt
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
Professional communication with clients, families, and office staff
