CAREERS

Be a Part of Our Growing Team!

We started Olympic Peninsula Home Care to Do Better for clients and caregivers. We want our caregivers to stay with us long-term. Great caregivers are not replaceable, and that's part of our culture. We hope you will feel safe and looked after by giving you a voice to express ideas, concerns, and perspectives with authenticity and without the fear of social or workplace consequences. We want you to feel empowered and know that you matter to us.

Building small teams with experienced caregivers is our goal. We do not bounce caregivers from one client to another; that is not the service we offer. Our goal is to have both clients and caregivers comfortable with who is going into their homes. You, as a caregiver, have the right to choose your client. If you feel the client is not a good match for you, we will move you to a client that's a better fit for you, just like if the client felt it wasn't a good match.

We guarantee you a thorough introduction to each new client that you meet, which means no going in blind and feeling uncomfortable. We think that is a key to a successful long-term match.
